It could not have been a better day at CBB. The weather was absolutely perfect, which allowed for a great end to our first cycle of options.
During flagpole, our camp mom announced the winners of this week’s cleanest bunk contest. We had winners from Junior Girls bunks one and two, Inter. Girls Bunk one, Senior Girls bunk three, and Junior Boys bunk one. They were all rewarded with an ice-cream party directly after lunch. Congratulations to all of this week’s winners!
Our campers got an extra special treat when they arrived at General Swim.; it was Hawaiian-themed. The kids were treated to Hawaiian music and fresh fruit. The decorations included tiki torches and paper lanterns. Also, every camper was given his or her very own lei! It was really a great time and is something we hope to do again in the very near future!

Unit Blog: Jessie Arseneau – Inter. Boys
The first week of camp has been going superbly for Inter Boys. To date, we have had fun evening programs such as movie night, storytelling during a thunderstorm and a camp wide version of The Amazing Race! Today on the beach, we had our very first Luau which everyone enjoyed during General Swim! As well, we enjoyed a unit wide game of Jump Ball after the boys came back from their Gaga Ball try outs. The kids have been getting along very well and are enjoying their fellow bunk mates as well as their new counsellors and specialty staff. I know that this will be a summer they’ll never forget.
